Abstract
In article the attention is focused on changes in an education system which have caused activization of innovative processes. The problem of development of innovations reveals through unavailability of teachers to innovative activity. Their professional self-improvement in the field of pedagogical innovatics will be possible during creation of organizational and pedagogical conditions.
