Success in the executive production in most cases depends on timeliness and quantity of the found and arrested property of inhering to the debtor. In this sense the seizure on property belonging to the debtor is the principal aspect of efficiency of measures of forced execution. In this article the author carried out the theoretical analysis of an entity of seizure of property of the debtor as the measure directed for support of safety of property of the debtor revealed in the course of the executive production.
