DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION OF THE INSTALLATION FOR GAS-THERMAL SURFACE MATERIALS

The use of gas-thermal spraying of metals provides for several operations: cleaning and cleaning of parts; preliminary machining of the workpiece surface; cutting "torn threads on the surface of the part; degreasing the surface of the part; isolation of surfaces not subject to sputtering; metal-sandblasting of the surface; surface spraying process; processing of parts after spraying; quality control of the sprayed layer. The article describes the operation of an installation for the deposition of metal on the surface of the parts to be reconstructed.
