MUNICIPAL FINANCE IN TRANSFORMATIONAL ECONOMY

The paper considers the nature of municipal Finance in the conditions of transformational economy. The author on the basis of literary analysis, the basic functions of municipal finances in the context of globalization of the Russian economy. At the end of the work defines the role of municipal Finance and effective management by local authorities at the present stage of development of social-economic relations.
