PROBLEMS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF MUNICIPAL FINANCES AND WAYS OF THEIR OVERCOMING IN THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

In this article, the basic concepts of the organization of municipal finance, the principles of this processes and elements are examined. The peculiarity of the article will be the disclosure of the system of formation of local finances in European countries (Great Britain, Germany, France), identification of the main problems and ways for their possible solution.
