Social policy in the field of labour: problems and ways of providing it to a decent level (for industries example)

Theoretical and legal bases of the concept of decent work in the framework of overall social policy. The characteristics and systematized the main parameters of the system are worthy of remuneration. Based on the analysis of statistical information identifies the problems of remuneration of labour in industry, the conclusion about the discrepancy of wages of labor cost and the requirements of decent work. Priority directions of social policy of Ukraine on ensuring decent wages are a significant increase in the level of state guarantees in the area of wages, to encourage employers to technological modernization of production and increased costs for labor, creating conditions for earnings transfer from shadow sphere of distribution, distribution of social responsibility in the sphere of remuneration for work.
