Cluster analisys of the preparation of legal acts by regulators

In the article on the basis of Internet analysis, data on the development by central authorities of reports on the basic tracking of the effectiveness of regulatory acts for 2012-2016 were examined. An integral indicator of the quality of the regulatory impact analysis of draft legal acts has been formed, in the part of preparing reports. According to the results of cluster analysis, all regulators are divided into two groups according to the degree of compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of regulatory policy.
