LINKING OF UNIQUE NATIONAL IDENTITY NUMBER WITH E-VOTING FOR SECURE TRANSPARENCY AND VERIFICATION

Abstract
Definition - Rapid advancement in technology people world-over nowadays wish to secure democracy using various latest techniques. Not only has the advancement of Open access Internet has reached to its peak but the movement to create Internet Network as a life line for everyone has taken a sharp ascent. This paper defines Verification and Authentication of e-voter over the Internet, which checks credentials of the voter by sending & verifying the voter's id to Unique National Identity Authentication Server. It also checks whether multiple voters voted multiple times or not, and transparency by Linking of Unique Identity Number with Voter ID Card Number. This paper also models a theoretical e-voting protocol, which enhances the security of voter's credentials.
