Abstract
The evaluation of the enterprise competitiveness is possible to draw conclusions regarding the effectiveness of the company in the market. Therefore, the theme of the article is significant for any enterprise, regardless of what market position it occupies. The object of the study was the sushi - bar "Zebra". The aim of the study is the assessment of the competitiveness of sushi bars "Zebra" in the market catering different methods and subsequent conclusions.
