Performance Analysis of Classification Algorithms?

Classification is a process of finding model for partitioning the data into different classes. It is a process of generalizing and assigning a class label to a set of unclassified cases. In drug design the classification algorithms helps to identify the class of new designed drug (test data set) on the basis of existing training data set. In this paper we analyze and compare the behavior of different kinds of classification algorithms on medical data set taking from literature.
