Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of the qualification of kidnapping of a person and the delimitation of this composition from the hostage taking. The structural features of these compositions, the problems of legislative regulation are explored. The criteria for distinguishing the abduction of a person from adjacent compounds are given.
