CHEMICAL EXAMINATION OF CHLOROFORM FRACTION OF CLEOME FELINA L. F

The present investigation, the phytochemical composition of the chloroform fraction of Cleome felina L.f. by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS) analysis revealed totally 30 constituents. The major constituents are octadecane, 9-octadecenamide, (z)- , 2-tert-butyl-4-isopropyl-5-methylphenol, hexadecane, dodecane, 1-iodo-, tricosane, 2,6,10,14,18,22-Tetracosahexaene, 2,6,10,15,19,23- hexamethyl-, (all-e)-, 3-Tetradecene, (z)-, decane, 2-methyl- , 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid and bis(2- methylpropyl) ester.
