Abstract
Granulomatous polyangitis is a small vessel vasculitis of elderly age group. C-ANCA being a marker for wegeners granulomatosis, co existence of c-ANCA and anti - GBM antibody positivity is a rare event. In any given individual co existence of c-ANCA and anti GBM indicates the severity of disease and predicts the worst renal outcome.
