Abstract
Extragenital malignant mixed mullerian tumors are very rare neoplasms occurring in postmenopausal women from the so called secondary mullerian system. This tumor is composed of both malignant epithelial and mesenchymal components. So far only 49 cases have been identified in English literature1. Here, we present a case of primary malignant mixed mullerian tumor of mesentery in a 64 year old female with a brief literature review.
