THE EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF GENERAL SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLES UNDERLYING THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF SOCIAL SPHERE TO CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Abstract
Nowadays, the strategy of professional training of future specialists of social sphere should be based on the implementation of holistic system, which is a means aimed at increasing of professionalism. The leading factors of the system are general pedagogical principles. In our vision principles should be considered as the main educational orientations. The basis of elaboration systems of professional training of future specialists of social sphere to conflict resolution includes the following general scientific principles: science, consciousness and activity, systematic and consistency, accessibility, relation between theory and practice. The principle of science is fundamental during the professional training of future specialists of social sphere to conflict resolution. It proves that educational process should include only objective facts and scientific notions. This principle requires appropriate material of modern development of general, social and psychological conflictology. The science involves the thorough knowledge of the theory of the conflict, their practical solution, encouraging students to personal development. The principle of consciousness and activity implies that learning, development of skills are unthinkable without students' conscious understanding their contents of educational and cognitive activities. In our practical activity we want to teach students to comprehend program material consciously and by their own, also to choose actively their own algorithm of action in each particular conflict situation. The principle of regularity and consistency requires that teachers should comply the logical consistency of learning of educational topics of «Social conflictology» discipline, which includes two modules («General Theory of conflictology» and «The peculiarities of conflicts at different levels of the social system»). The principle of accessibility involves the organization of educational process so that students have the opportunity to learn the course material without neuro-psychological stress. Therefore, the introduction of individual approach to each student will allow to choose the best real rate of mastering of educational information. The implementation of this principle of relation between theory and practice in the professional training of future specialists of social sphere will coordinate scientific information which is received by the students during the studying of «Social Conflictology» discipline with a practical vision of conflict during the training and practices. We consider that all the principles are interrelated, interconnected and interdependent. They form a coherent system of initial requirements that will ensure the effectiveness of the educational process and promote the improvement of readiness of future specialists of social sphere to conflict resolution.
