CONDITION OF FOREIGN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHES ON PHARMACEUTICAL SAFETY

Actual direction of modern pharmaceutical management is the analysis of pharmaceutical safety which is surveyed as a condition of security of the population and the pharmaceutical organizations from the threats arising in sphere of production, distribution and consumption of the pharmaceutical goods and services. It is obviously important to analyses a condition and tendencies of development of foreign scientific researches in a direction «pharmaceutical safety», as became the purpose of the given work. As objects of research materials of foreign Internet sites and scientific publications for last 15 years have acted. Research methods logic, the content-analysis were used. It is established that at the international level appreciable activity concerning development of pharmaceutical safety is shown by World Health Organization. At level of the separate countries of research of a problem of pharmaceutical safety are bound to safety of medical products and with safety of consumers more often. Thus specialists discuss following aspects: danger of sales of medicines through the Internet; errors of pharmacists at holiday of medical products from a drugstore; application of computer systems for rising of safety of holiday of prescription preparations; influence of medical products on environment and ecological safety. Ordering of publications has allowed to tap aspects of safety to which attention foreign specialists more often pay: information security problems in drugstores and in the course of clinical testing of medical products; insurance of risks in activity of drugstores; granting of the legal, analytical and organizational help by the foreign organizations, including for provision of personal and economic safety; Problems of safety of the personnel in drugstores and on pharmaceutical productions; questions of physical safety (safety of technical systems). As a result of the content-analysis of publications it is established that in foreign pharmacy the great attention is given to problems of pharmaceutical safety. It is established that a priority direction is studying of the safety issues, bound to medical products. Smaller interest of foreign researchers to safety of pharmaceutical systems that is caused by appreciable experience of functioning of the pharmaceutical organizations in market conditions becomes perceptible.
