Abstract
The article presents a clinical case of chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis in a child (the girl aged 11 years old). Clinical manifestations, data of laboratory and instrumental examinations, treatment of the above disease are described. Good results were obtained by using a drug from the group of correctors of metabolism in the bone and cartilage tissues. Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis is a rare disease, which requires further more detailed study.
