Abstract
The article examines the essence of corporate management as the element of corporate culture. The importance of corporate organizations and their legal status, socio-economic factors of formation of corporations are highlighted. Criteria of effective development of corporate relations are considered. The state and systems of corporate management in the food industry are characterized, the main directions of optimization of corporate relations are outlined.
