THE PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS MEANING IN SOCIAL WORKERS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR HARMONIZATION OF YOUTH GENDER RELATIONS

Abstract
Introduction. In modern scientific research associated with improving the quality of the educational process, one of the problems is to analyze and test different conditions for successful learning. Purpose: to describe the content of pedagogical conditions training future social workers. These conditions based on the professional work`s specifications in the gender relations young people. Results. Pedagogical conditions we means like a set of specially created resistant conditions and means of interaction of educational process, aimed at the formation of future social workers to harmonize gender relations among young people. The first pedagogical condition is to integrate gender knowledge in the training of future social workers supplement the content of subjects gender issues, which will provide integrated and interdisciplinary studding. Very important is to introduce a separate gender orientation course focused on social and educational aspects of the modern system of gender relations, methods and forms of practical work with youth The second condition is to introduce innovative interactive teaching technologies of gender-based training that will help to form abilities to apply forms and methods of professional work in the field of gender relations youth. To implement the chosen two innovative interactive technologies – «Open Space» and quest. The main selection criteria are: innovation and flexibility of content, taking into account individual life experience. The third condition is to involve students in social and development activity in the university`s Gender Hub. The main activity are cooperation with NGOs, awareness-prevention work in schools, national partnership initiatives, development and implementation of their social projects. Specific examples of social projects were «Kids Space», «The harmony way», «Gender and the City». Originality. The implementation of the conditions designed will form the motivational, information and organizational component of qualification by including students in various types of training and practice on the basis of individual experience of gender and features professional work in the environment of gender relations. Conclusion. The article describes pedagogical conditions of training of future social workers to harmonize gender relations among young people: the integration of gender knowledge in the training of future social workers; innovative use of interactive teaching technologies of gender-based learning; involve students in social and development activity in the Gender Hub.
