Abstract
Organic product market is the world is enlarging especially in developed countries and parallel to this in the last years also in our country. Comsumer demand is the main effect on the enlarge the market. Increase in the income and education level of the consumers, giving more attention on quality of the products, to be conscious on food security and according to this starting to pay much more for natural and qualified products is increasing the demand of organic products. In this study, the difference between the demand of convensional and organic products has been investigated by using Non–Linear Canonical Correlation Analysis method.
