Abstract
The presented research has been devoted to the discussion of problems of analysis of professional activity, peculiarities of formation of the professional thinking, ways and conditions for the organization of reflexive training of future specialists the ability to solve professional tasks have been considered. The characteristic of professional activity of a specialist as a continuous process of solving the system of professional tasks has been given. Have been set that fundamental structural formations of professionalism are: methodology of the professional thinking; sufficient experience of activity. The practical professional thinking is mature form of mental activity which is carried out in a specific, integral, (professional) situations and purposes of such practical thinking is to use general principles in concrete has been proved.
As a result of undertaken empirical studies has been set: some tendencies in development of ability of specialists to decide professional tasks; the levels of preparedness of specialists to the decision of professional tasks not entirely depend on experience of professional work. Thus, principles of psychological preparation of specialist envisage taking into account of features of professional growth and skills development of specialist, which include professional thinking, reflection and the art of solving professional problems. It is important already at the initial stage of their professional activities to provide an acquisition of individual of integral ability to solve professional (educational) tasks.
