OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF INVESTMENT PLANNING USING THE "LIN SIX SIGMA" SYSTEM IN THE OIL AND GAS SECTOR

The dominant influence of the growth rates in the national economy is the acceleration of a large-scale process of real investment, the rational organization of which is impossible without the development of long-term programs, the issue is of strategic importance. In the market system of management there are a number of reasons that impede this process, and most importantly it is the lack of a mechanism for planning investment activity. A modern process optimization process is Lin's six-sigma tool. In the article: the hypothesis about the possibility of implementing this tool in the investment planning process.
