REDUCTION OF WEAR OF FRICTION NODES IN SPECIAL FIRE MACHINERY

Increasing the reliability of vehicles used in the EMERCOM of Russia and in any other sphere is an important economic task. The results of the analysis of operational tests of fire trucks on mileage close to overhaul, as the main cause of failure indicate premature wear of friction surfaces. The use of progressive lubricants will achieve significant positive results, namely extend the service life of vehicles units up to two times, drastically reduce emergency destruction of equipment, reduce costs for unscheduled repairs of equipment, save fuel and lubricants.
