Abstract

The current stage in the development of the world economy is characterized by the intensification of integration processes in various fields. Today, numerous integration associations solve similar problems and problems related to the creation of a favorable foreign policy that can strengthen mutual understanding between the parties; optimization of trade policy; assistance in economic restructuring; supporting the development of young industries, etc. Under the influence of integration in the labor market, the international community is taking serious measures to intensify integration in the sphere of education. The purpose of this document is to study the conditions for the effective integration of the higher economic education of the Russian Federation in the globalizing education market. The desire to coordinate different systems of higher education was given by the Declaration of Ministers of Education from 34 European countries, adopted in 1999 in Bologna (Italy). Its ratification marked the beginning of the Bologna process. Russia joined the Bologna Declaration in 2003. Integration measures in the Bologna Process are aimed at promoting regional economic education, which allows individual groups of countries to create more favorable conditions for the trade in educational services. In practice, this requires, first of all, a universal transition to a two-stage education system, the first stage of higher (university) education lasting four years and the second stage of higher education, the completion stage is two years. At the same time, a system of "credit units", that is, standardized clusters, should be implemented. Their equal presence in the educational systems of different countries will allow us to talk about the comparability of the curriculum and the possibility of moving from one institution to another with a guarantee of the final result of education, regardless of the country of the base base.
