Abstract
This article deals with the identification of specific invariant tendencies of texts of legal interpretation and legal construction defining their linguostylistic status and on which basis it is possible to allocate two independent text types of legal interpretation and legal construction. The content of these text types is determined by the legal system of this or that society, involving them in mediation mission in professional cross-cultural communication of lawyers.
