LANGUAGE NORM AND CURRENT STATE OF SOCIOLECT "KANZLEISPRACHE"

The language norm has been being the chief object of linguistic research for many years. The modern linguistics has been studying the question not only territorial but also social distribution of language for many years. The concept of objective language rules is correlated to the concepts of system and structure of language. Modern linguists believe that language should be considered as the system of conditional means, and the speech, in turn, – as a form of existence of this system. Proceeding from observations, native speakers have an unconscious vision of norm and allowed differences in the realization of phonological oppositions.
