Abstract
Causes of mediastinal lymphadenopathy are many, ranging from reactive lymphadenopathy to malignancy. With high incidence of tuberculosis in India, our aim was to determine the incidence of malignancy in mediastinal nodes with no primary lung lesion using computed tomography (CT) guided biopsy as an evaluating tool and highlighting the superiority of this procedure over others described in literature.
