The article deals with restructurization phenomenon of enterprises in economy of modern Ukraine, its main point. The main factors that have an effect on conducting of restructurization effectiveness are extracted and directions of its rise are outlined. The central place in the research takes the opening of strategy peculiarities of conducting of enterprise restructurization in modern economy. The necessity to create sufficient conditions for the formation of favorable investment medium and adaptation of collective to the processes of restructization is grounded.
