The tension of the social-labor relations like a brake of the development of the region

On the basis of the analysis of the social-labour relations in Ukraine, including Kirovograd region, the contradictions in their development have been disclosed, the dominants of the social tension have been defined, the necessity of the activization of social dialogue in behalf of the ensuring of the progressive social development of the region and of the growth of its economy has been grounded.
