Abstract

The article presents the results of a long-term complex of laboratory and mine studies, according to which the regularities of dust deposition intensity along the network of mine openings in the coal mines of Kuzbass were studied. Speciic differences in the deposited coal dust dispersed compositions' distribution for different metamorphism stages coals have been established. Also, the nature differences in the distribution of the dust deposition intensity in the mine workings at different sites are established. The algorithm development results for determining the dust deposition intensity magnitude from a single source of intense dust emission to the next one on the basis of measuring the airborne dust concentration, the airborne dust dispersed composition distribution, humidity, temperature, air velocity are shown. The carried out theoretical researches allowed to develop mine atmosphere dustiness and the dust deposition intensity automatic control means based on the optical method of small scattering angles using several optical radiation receivers located at different angles, which allowed with a minimum measurement error not only to register the concentration of the airborne dust, but also to increase the visible spectrum of particle sizes to the range of 0-150 µm and made it possible for practical realization of the instant analysis of the airborne dust dispersed composition necessary to calculate the intensity of dust deposition to the next intense dusting source.
