Abstract
The socio-economic estimation of essence of stimulation of effective labour of teachers is conducted, intercommunication of stimulation-result is certained. The modern level of remuneration of teachers' labour of high schools in Ukraine is analysed. Priority directions of reformation of remuneration of teachers' labour are offered.
