IT IS NECESSARY TO DEVELOP TECHNICALLY, BUT IT IS NOT ENOUGH

The process of improving and developing of production, personnel, including occupational safety and industrialsafety management organization, is constantly lagging behind the pace of improvement and development of technical means and production technology. The production, personnel, labor and industrial safety management system gradually becomes inconsistent with the production system technical development level. This happens in most of the economy sectors, the mining industry included. The technical development of production, no matter how expensive are the inancial and production resources accompanying it, is consistent with the interests of the managers of the work and is still in more demand than social, organizational development.Thus, the technical means and production technology development should be supplemented by an adequate development level of the production economic management, personnel, labor protection, industrial and environmental safety system through the improvement and development of labor motivation and norm-setting, training and education of personnel.The article is devoted to solving social problems of industrial production, to improving and developing the production management, personnel, including labor protection and industrial safety system, to forming the interest and responsibility of the employee in safe and productive work for the success of the whole - organization, institution and the state.The directions of improving the production relations between the manager of work and the hired worker in the conditions of the increased intensity of mining work are suggested.
