Conceptual principles of study of economic safety at building enterprises

The research focuses on the conceptual principles of the study of economic safety at building enterprises using the system approach. The authors research scientific bases of the theory of systems and system analysis concerning the present issue. The basic properties of systems and the elements of economic safety system at building enterprises are determined. The principal positions of the conceptual model of non-linear dynamics are described; the signs of non-linear safety evolution as a system are detected; the qualitative characteristics of non-linear system are characterized. The authors consider emergency to be one of the characteristics of economic safety system at building enterprises; emergency is the result of synergetic connections, which appear between the elements of the system; the system emergency properties and the results of emergency manifestation are examined; the integral properties of complicated dynamic systems are outlined. The advantages of the system approach for learning the economic safety of building enterprises are shown. The authors determine the system features of economic safety system at building enterprises and suggest the system approach where the economic safety of building enterprises is studied as a goal-oriented dynamic system, which operates and develops by the management of criteria of the assessment of the development level and the system is aimed at reaching an optimal level under conditions of scholastic rising external and internal negative impacts. The article also deals with the main tasks and principles which have to be solved in the process of functioning the economic safety of building enterprises. The results obtained due to the present study allow to deepen and widen the existed approaches to functioning and modelling the system of economic safety for building enterprises taking into account their branch specificity.
