Abstract

New approach to understanding of the nature of conductivity and the mechanism of its formation, proceeding from ring model of covalent bond is offered. Justification is given to a hypothesis of bond conductivity in semiconductors, i.e. the conductivity caused by transfer of electrons on covalent bonds.
