THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN RELATIONSHIPS OF INSOLVENCY (BANKRUPTCY)

The importance of the Central Bank Russian Federation in the relationships of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the organizations is considered in the article. The tax and legal rules regulating institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) are analyzed by the author and as a legal status of the credit organizations, as credits in relations of financial recovery and bankruptcy is investigated.
