Abstract
The article determines the readiness assessment of IT companies to enter the world market of informational technologies, which is based on the weighted average degree of expert evaluation's manifestation in its total diagnostic parameters that characterize readiness to enter the world market of informational technologies and that can be manifested in its activities to varying degrees. It is proposed to use specially created numerical measurement scale that has a gradation in the proportions of the golden section, corresponding to different degrees of readiness of IT companies to enter the world market of informational technologies.
