THE PROCESS MODELLING OF PIECE DRAWING OF ROUND TIMBER WITH THE HELP OF BUFFER UNITS WITH CUTTERS WITH CONSTANT LENGTH OF CAPTURE AND VARIABLE SPEED OF MOVEMENT

The technique of receiving the systems of equations necessary for definition of effort of pressure of single-layer number of round timbers on cutter in the process of piece drawing of baulk with use of the methods of theoretical mechanics, and in particular the statics section under various operating conditions of buffer unit is described. The technique of carrying out experimental studies and processing of experimental facts is also described. The results of comparison of accuracy of values reflection of pressure efforts of number of baulk on cutter by the systems of the equations received by analytical way and experimental method are given.
