Abstract
The purpose of this work is to make the Reader aware of the fact how hard it is to compare the occurrences and processes which influence each other simultaneously. In order to achieve that, the author uses mainly examples of the German and the Polish educational systems. At the same time this reading leads towards conclusions which may be drawn regarding differences in the cultural message passed by both those societies. In order to do so, the author uses terms borrowed from the subject's literature, referring both to contemporary times as well as to the past history.
