THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE INDUSTRIES AS A FACTOR OF ECONOMIC GROWTH OF UKRAINE

This article discusses the development of creative industries in the EU specifying that these countries occupy a leading position by the pace of development of cultural and creative industries. In this article we focus on the fact that not only the European countries invest in creative and cultural industries ensuring the development of the creative economy, but also international partners such as the United States, China, South Korea, India. In order to ensure the competitiveness and economic growth of Ukraine, creative industry becomes relevant for the country. Issues related to the development of the creative economy in Ukraine are highlighted in the article. We also suggested ways of overcoming them and examined the prospects for further development of the creative industries, which will contribute to the economic growth of Ukraine.
