INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT AS A DRIVING FORCE OF ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE AGRARIAN SECTOR OF NATIONAL ECONOMY

The article focuses on the principal directions in innovation-based development of the agrarian field of national economy in the age of globalization, explores the core of innovation systems and innovations that influence their development and functioning directly or implicitly. The author determined problems and features the innovative development of the agricultural sector in the context of globalization, the model of interaction between the components of the innovation process in agriculture. It should be noted that taking account of the current regalia and on the basis of features, specific to the agrarian sector, it is possible to single out the factors, which determine fundamental vectors for its development, and group them by certain characteristics: agro technical, organizational and economical, technological, ecological.
