INSTITUTIONAL PROVISION’ ISSUES OF THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Results of the international ratings of innovative development of different countries are summarized in this article. Also factors are identified, which influence destructively on the innovative development of Ukraine. Authors analyzed in detail the current problems of innovative development in Ukraine; they identified the priority tasks for the creation the state innovative policy in the context of balancing the institutional provision of innovative development in Ukraine.
