Abstract
In article the state-of-the-art review of innovations in a control system of territory economy on the example of Rostov-on-Don city is carried out. The assessment of the factors influencing efficiency of innovative process is carried out. The measures demanding the prime decision for improvement of the organization of innovative activity are offered.
