Abstract
Intercepting the means and capabilities adopted by criminals and organized crime groups is no longer as easy as one imagines, especially if the traditional techniques are used. Latest technology and modern telecommunication have help criminal cover them. Therefore, infiltration is used which involves a member of a judiciary starts to penetrate any organized crime group. In there, his person pretends to be a criminal to take that group down. This is a dangerous operation that may jeopardies the life of the infiltrator. So, what are the procedures to be taken and the condition to be met in order to use it as a means to counter organized crime? These are the main pillars around which the research revolve.
