Abstract
ABSTRACT In the Modern Era the Pedagogy Knowledge is playing a vital role in the teacher's carrier. Because it helps to increase their performance, understanding subject, delivering the content to the students. The teachers' ability to make appropriate connections among concepts, to generate different solutions and representations for problems, to address students' difficulties and misconceptions effectively, and to choose appropriate examples to teach a particular topic were largely based on the depth of their subject-matter knowledge. However, the field experiences contributed to their repertoire of examples of students' difficulties and misconceptions as well as instructional strategies and materials. The purpose of this study was to examine how the pedagogy methods and its associated field experience supported the development of pedagogical knowledge for school primary teachers in Kanchipuram District. Also examined to find out the highest influencing factors and least influencing factors of different pedagogical approaches in different subjects in Kanchipuram District Teachers and examined what are the approaches contributed to that development from the teachers' perspective in Kanchipuram District. The data were collected in Kanchipuram District Schools during August 2017 to November 2017. During this period, the author collected 309 samples in the form of observations, questionnaire from different teachers in different schools in Kanchipuram District and the collected data was analyzed according to the pedagogical knowledge framework developed for this study.
