Abstract

For any organization, performance is highly appreciated, generally speaking, in relation to the degree of achievement of objectives towards which it has channeled all its efforts. Starting from the classical theory in which the human resource is the most important resource at the base of every organization, it can be said that an important place in the dimensional performances comes from human capital, in relation to the level of knowledge held, but also the satisfaction and motivation gained from working. In the last few years the idea that an organization's performance depends to a greater extent on internal factors (that generate competitive advantages) started to stand out more than the external ones. In this context, intellectual capital plays a huge role in the organizational performances sizing, seen through three big components : human capital, relational capital and structural capital.
