Structural and functional approach to the activity of clubs in the place of residence as the basis of sociocultural work

The article deals with the fundamentals of the structural and functional approach to club activities at the place of residence as the basis of the socio-cultural work of the future manager. An attempt was made to determine the socio-cultural goals of clubs at their place of residence. The notion of "club institution" is defined. The main characteristics of the clubs' socio-cultural activity at the place of residence are singled out. The main elements of the system of socio-cultural activity of the club at the place of residence are singled out. The "club at the place of residence" is considered as the basis of socio-cultural activity carried out in its free time.
