Abstract
In the absence of established communications, employees do not know which purposes the organization is moving to, what their colleagues are currently engaged in, which can lead to the inability to coordinate various types of company activities. Based on the foregoing, we can conclude that the relevance of the work is due to the fact that communications within the company provide transparent information interaction in everyday activities, this in turn leads to increased employee interest, the strengthening of corporate culture, and, consequently, to improve the efficiency of the company. In this article, theoretical aspects of communication in the organization are examined, the communication system in ALFA-BANK is analyzed, and proposals for improving intra-corporate communications for employees of ALFA-BANK JSC are described.
