Abstract
Peroxidase isozyme analysis was carried out for identification of ten prominent poplar clones namely G48, S7C4,G3, S7C1, S7C8, S7C20, L34, PP5, Fierelo and D121. Leaf extract used for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. On the basis of banding pattern all the genotype were grouped into four groups. All the genotypes are distinct in banding pattern and their relative mobility except G3 and L34.
