Abstract
The analysis of essence of quality of the higher education as energoinformational potential of the personality which the personality accumulates in the course of education in higher educational institution is carried out in the article. Its contents in the modern conditions, revealing in innovative nature of productive activity of the expert is considered. Subjective and objective forms of quality of the higher education are allocated.
