The structure of simulation model of car service

The simulation model of car service's operation in the conditions of seven vehicles' categories that intended for visualization, analysis and searching the sustainable parameters of system' functioning is presented in the paper. The histograms of vehicles' duration in car service and the number of refurbished vehicles by categories, on which the profit of car service is calculated, will be the results of work of car service's simulation model. Furthermore, it could be calculated: time distribution in queue and system, average waiting time on maintenance, the probability of waiting for the maintenance, the probability of refusal to accept the vehicle for maintaining. The simulation model may be used as a basis for assessing the sufficiency of a total capacity of car services, located in regions to provide the potential clients with first-class services.
